Proviso: My particular tastes are a little off the beaten track.
My top five honeys:
Sam Elliott
Tom Selleck
Lyle Lovett
Eddie Izzard
Gerard Butler
It's all because of their voices/accents/smiling eyes
I love smiling eyes (and cute butts), but mostly smiling eyes. Someone who can genuinely make me laugh is a keeper. DH knows this and humors me in my list of 'boyfriends', even the ones at work. Nothing more than flirting and definitely nothing else. Love my smiling eyes DH to pieces.
And Bruce Campbell...forgot to add him into the list....so top 6 honeys...
Okay, been a while since I've seen such a rockin pic of Sebastian Bach. He really was quite yummy back in the day.
thanks for that!
Having the world's greatest husband, I should probably excuse myself from this discussion, but...
What's so good about men? Christian Bale, exhibit one*g*.

Like Karin, I have a great husband. But a girl can still look ;). A deep and husky voice...smouldering eyes...broad shoulders...beautiful masculine hands...a hard and well defined chest... Well, I could go on and on about what works for me as far as men are concerned. And Vickie, I'm so with you on Gerard Butler. My other favorites? Emmanual Delcour, Caco Ricci, Henri Castelli, and Victor Webster. Yum!

Good question, Lynda! I have to say confidence, a passion for life, broad shoulders, and dark lingering eyes (only on me, of course:-)).
Great question, Lynda. For me, it's the way a man smells.
Great list, Vickie! I keep picturing Eddie Izzard in drag, but he is funny! What a great accent.
Juliana: He reminds me of a vampire I know.
Karin: Christian Bale, hmmm. Yes, indeed.
Helen: smouldering eyes. I'm right there with you.
Viola: Ummm. I also like a great smile.
Keena: I had to smile about the smell reference. That can go both ways, lol! But, yes. The scent of man. . .
What's not to love?! Um, yeah...
Sebastian Bach: ooh-la-la
Christian Bale: current hero inspiration
Sam Elliott: hottest thing since sliced bread
Call me crazy, but I've always had a thing for Ed Harris...makes my husband happy because he's getting a little thin up on top!
I love it when a man acts all tough, but you know there's a soft protective spot inside.
Fun question, Lynda. Thanks!
Tiffany
Tiffany: Ooooo, Ed Harris! Yep, he's a yummy one. It's those smiling eyes, I tell ya!
That chemical scent the body gives off that lets us know this is the right guy for us. It can arrive at the oddest time and place, you turn around thinking you have to go to the store, and in the twinkling of an eye, suddenly you're speechless and whatever fault this guy may have had before has disappeared.
It almost always comes down to the lips and the smile. If these aren't right, there's nothing about the man that ends up being right.
It's not the way he looks as much as the way he looks at you.
It the way you feel when he wraps big strong arms around you and holds you tight.
It's the way he cherishes you when he loves you
