I signed a contract for The Vampire Shrink!!
OK. I was going to cool my jets. I was going to wait until I actually got the contract back in the mail from the publisher, but I've never been known for my patience. I signed a contract with Medallion Press to publish my urban fantasy w/romance elements novel. I heard something about a potential release date being October, 2007.
Yay!

Thank you, Marty and Stacy!! It is a wonderful surprise. The discussion had gone on so long between the publisher and my agent that it looked like there wouldn't be a happy ending. But the universe is full of awesome surprises! Now to hold steady with my vision . . .
